12/21/2009 Charlotte, NC - The Carolina Green Industry Network (CGIN) is a new 501(c)(3) non-profit organization who will promote the GREEN initiative for the landscaping, gardening and exterior maintenance industries within the commercial and residential markets.

Carolina Green Industry Network was founded by Mark Smith, President and CEO of Environmental Design Landscape Inc, a Charlotte based commercial landscaping company. Mr. Smith and the Zirez Design President, Sanjay L. Vyas, are both members of the Charlotte Chapter - Enterpreneur's Organization and have become good friends over the years. Sanjay was invited to become an active Board Member to the newly formed CGIN organization for his efforts in practicing GREEN initiatives within his own business model.

Sanjay decided back in September 2009 to relocate the Zirez Design office into the all GREEN McAllister Construction building at 2020 South Tryon St. Charlotte, NC 28203 where he continues to promote the GREEN movement.
