Environmental Landscape Design understands Life Cycle Management, Curb Appeal, Priority Management, Horticulture and Green Design. EDL has leveraged that knowledge and intelligence to build systems that build asset values for clients. Environmental Design Landscape does that through efficient communication, helping customers create a better work place, and a good working environment for its employees.

Environmental Design Landscape is a low turnover company in a high turnover industry. At 36, J. Mark Smith started Environmental Design Landscape (EDL). Not just a name, but a true concept that has been refined after 10 years, with a vision to create opportunities for a team of people and solutions to its clients. With our 10 year anniversary behind us, we have become very clear of who we are and what we are in the community. We believe we have an obligation to our clients, community and the planet to assist in making things better. Through that, we have created what we call our unique processes that essentially have identified our client’s dangers, opportunities and strengths. We understand our role in the supply chain. We feel our responsibility is to build asset value and combine that with an outstanding team of innovative, committed and intelligent people. Our corporate office is located in Charlotte, North Caroline in the Newell community, just off W.T. Harris Blvd., near Rocky River Road. In 2001, we opened an office in Greenville, South Carolina, and we plan to open our Raleigh, North Carolina office in the fall of 2008.

Zirez Design is a leader in high value custom web solutions including web design and search engine marketing. They were started with the notion of bringing a high level of professionalism and efficiency to the small business market that only large businesses were accustomed to. Zirez has created websites and relationships with many local businesses in Charlotte and are excited to be working with a local landmark.
